  • Our device cannot be delivered to Airbnb or other homestays. If you wish to mail to a third party, please enter the recipient's name, not your own name, on the purchase page of the application.

Step 3: Return the Pocket Wi-Fi only by using post

Put your Pocket Wi-Fi inside attached LetterPack, and return to the nearest mailbox or post office. In some hotels, you may return over the counter too.

2. In case of damage, an additional charge will be applied.

3. If the device is not returned after the expiration date, additional days of use will be charged at ¥500 per day.

4. If the return is not made after 10 days, the customer is required to pay ¥30,000.
